My name is Isabel T.- Owner and Master Artist of Forever Flawless PMU & Academy!

I specialize in Microblading, Ombre Powder Brows, Lip Blush, and Color Corrections.

I started this business on 2 dreams: How can I make women feel more confident/beautiful and how can I become financially independent. Over the years I have done just that- I've slaying many brows, trained hundreds of students and get to live the life I've always wanted. I still can't believe I've made it this far and I will never stop improving my skills so I can provide the best service to my clients and students.

I want YOU to know, that you can do it too! It won't be easy however, if you have the ambition and willingness to learn you will make it far in this industry.

Located in “The Spa at Aviles” next to Aviles Hair Studio & Spa. Once you arrive, you can wait inside the hair salon and message me “I’m here”. I will message you to come outside and I will pick you up from the front entrance, shown in the picture below:

Parking:

You can park around the building at your discretion (please read the parking signs to avoid your car from being towed) or you can park across the street in the Toho Square parking garage- it is free! (on East Darlington Ave/North Pleasant St).

Cancellation Policies

Training Policy

DEPOSITS/BOOKING:

Delivering the best care is our priority, and that's why we have a Terms/Conditions policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation with. To secure your training date, a deposit is required. Once the deposit is received, training is confirmed! All deposits will go towards your final balance. The remaining balance is due the day of training, before the training begins (if not paid in full beforehand). All deposits, full payment amounts or any money placed towards a training class is NON-REFUNDABLE.

RESCHEDULING:

To reschedule your training you must contact us at least 2 weeks before your scheduled training. You can reschedule it once at no cost. If you need to reschedule a second time or if you fail to reschedule 14 days before your training date, a fee of 10% of the remaining balance will be applied. This fee won’t go towards your balance and it should cover for eventual losses the business has under last-minute reschedules.

DOWNGRADING THE TRAINING:

You can downgrade your training for any other programs, however, you will be required to pay an additional fee of 15% of the total remaining amount of training stated in this contract. This fee won’t go towards your final balance.

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW:

If you no call no show, are more than 30 minutes late, cancel, try to reschedule with less than 2 weeks before scheduled training date, or miss a day of training: you will FORFEIT all deposits, full payment amounts or any money placed towards the training class and you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

Service Policy

DEPOSITS/BOOKING:
A deposit is required for all new appointments. All paid deposits will be applied to final balance, day of the procedure. This is 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LATENESS:

If you are more than 15 mins late, you will be charged a $25 late fee (if we can still accept your appointment). If we have to reschedule your appointment due to limited availability,

a fee of 10% of the remaining balance will be applied. This fee won’t go towards your balance and it should cover for eventual losses the business has under last-minute
reschedules.

RESCHEDULING:

To reschedule you must contact us at least 1 week before your scheduled appointment. You can reschedule it once at no cost. If you need to reschedule a second time or if you fail to reschedule 7 days before your scheduled appointment, a fee of 10% of the remaining balance will be applied. This fee won’t go towards your balance and it should cover for eventual losses the business has under last-minute reschedules.


Please be careful when choosing your appointment date and time, consider traffic and delays on the day of your appointment and please plan ahead.

The full amount is due the day of procedure, before the procedure begins (if not paid in full beforehand).

CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW:

If you cancel 1 week before your scheduled appointment or no show you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance of your service.
